This is the turnaround that has been used and maintained by Bancroft Township and the public for over 70 years.. Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall.. Until now??

I'd agree on contacting your commissioner, either over the phone, email, or at a meeting.  They'd be the first call I would make on an issue like this.
