Naw, just jesting. My taxes went down a smidgen last year too. In fact this past winter the plows widened my road. Yep. Left just about a third of the gravel off it on my lawn.

1300 feet is a quarter mile, in nice weather fine and dandy but if it's inclement weather it can be dangerous.for kids wLking.
So it's 1300 ft to the crossroad, I see no problem with the grader driver backing up that far. As far as "bring on the front end loader" I would think that that should be an expense born by the land owner in question.
