My views are opposed by both the ACLU and the NRA...it seems Trump, I and Obama agree...nuts shouldn't have guns. The correct course of action is to have those people adjudicated mentally deficient. To do so without due process is unconstitutional. Due Process is a must, end of discussion.
Absolutely. I'm no fan of gun nuts but to take people's rights so broadly would be wrong.

Just as you pointed out with Trumps tweet as to why red flag laws shouldn't be allowed to stand anywhere in the US.
I find Chris Cuomo to be douche, but being a douche and getting uppity in a video shouldn't be grounds to deny his 2nd Amendment.
Trump ironically proves as to why red flag laws are ripe for abuse.

I'm good with an assault weapons ban, and a buy back. It's worked well in the past.
