Very nice to live in the county I do.
I went in to renew my permit and because I did it 30 days early I got a $50 discount. 
I asked how this discount came about and was told the sheriff lowered it because of “excessive revenue”
We need more politicians like him.

^^You may have posted something about this....
Remington is being sued over how it marketed the Bushmaster rifle used to kill 20 children and six educators at Sandy Hook Elementary School in 2012..
I'm not sure I want or need a plastic and pot metal short barreled rifle but if I was going to buy it'd be now...
When you sue the manufacture the price of the product will increase.
If this sets a precedent smaller manufactures will go under...

^^ so we should sue automobile manufacturers for drunk driving deaths?
I agree with the smaller manufacturers
Wether it's made of 7075 aluminum or the fine steel of a M1A, it doesn't matter, the person behind the weapon did the crime. I hope Remington appeals this though they have been a bit off the last decade or so.

The Conn. state supreme court justices that ruled in the allowance of the suit still violates the PLCAA. I suspect once this gets to a federal circuit court its going to get tossed.
