Dumb.  Guess MN felt left out when other leftist shithole states have unconstitutionally banned common firearms, so they gotta get in on the infringements.

However, it does look like the 8th circuit is going to shoot down MN unconstitutional law barring 18-20yr olds from conceal carry.
