.A recent Albert Lea Tribune article stated that low life Leo Kobinski received 15 years probation after pleading guilty of sexual abuse of a 5 year old. It is inconceivable that he is not in prison for a long time. The Millers in Austin received only one year in jail for chaining their 5-year-old to his crib, and they could possibly work on some plan to later obtain custody of the boy. That, too, is unbelievable! I also read where Linda Tuttle could receive a prison sentence or possibly a “supervised release and a fine.”
Maybe since she was once a county commissioner they should just name a county road after her too. These three crimes surely point out that if you commit a crime of any nature, make sure you do in Minnesota.

Naw, just make sure you don't commit a DRUG crime in MN or admitted child abuse victim and perp Cory Farris with have your nuts in a sling.
They have no problem about throwing you in jail for 25 years over that. And the child molester will even help in your capture and incarceration.

If a person gets a DUI for refusing to blow and later is found not guilty by a jury or the case is dismissed, that person still has to go a year without a drivers license, pay like $700 to get their license back and the refusal stays on their record.
Does a child molester, drug dealer or the thief that steals a million dolars have to go a year without a drivers license.. NO!!

Everybody knows most judges were lawyers and most lawyers are liberals. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure that out.

^Oh boy are you an idiot. The GOP judge with the GOP wife who was the ex GOP state rep made the call. The other judge is also a card carrying GOP guy. Most judges are former prosecutors who lean GOP.

Funny, I thought judge Schwab was a republican? I mean his wife was a republitard state senator, and he was appointed by a republitard governor, seems to me that would make him one of yours.

But it's still the liberals fault, you people with all your facts and information, and more facts. Ugh, it's annoying. Can't you just recognize that it's always a liberals fault? Even when a conservative judge who was a prosecutor, appointed by a republican Governor, it's still the damn liberals. 
Hold on, I'm going to see if I can find a forwarded email or a conservative blog that I can use as proof of what I said above. Or maybe Breeze or Santorini will beat me to it.
