This person makes a good point. BINGO.

Crime requires little time in Minn.
Published 8:50am Wednesday, August 24, 2011

.A recent Albert Lea Tribune article stated that low life Leo Kobinski received 15 years probation after pleading guilty of sexual abuse of a 5 year old. It is inconceivable that he is not in prison for a long time. The Millers in Austin received only one year in jail for chaining their 5-year-old to his crib, and they could possibly work on some plan to later obtain custody of the boy. That, too, is unbelievable! I also read where Linda Tuttle could receive a prison sentence or possibly a “supervised release and a fine.”

Maybe since she was once a county commissioner they should just name a county road after her too. These three crimes surely point out that if you commit a crime of any nature, make sure you do in Minnesota.

Naw, just make sure you don't commit a DRUG crime in MN or admitted child abuse victim and perp Cory Farris with have your nuts in a sling.

They have no problem about throwing you in jail for 25 years over that. And the child molester will even help in your capture and incarceration.

If a person gets a DUI for refusing to blow and later is found not guilty by a jury or the case is dismissed, that person still has to go a year without a drivers license, pay like $700 to get their license back and the refusal stays on their record.

Does a child molester, drug dealer or the thief that steals a million dolars have to go a year without a drivers license.. NO!!

That's your liberal judges and liberal court system for ya.  Sheesh, which way do you want it?   :dunno:

Everybody knows most judges were lawyers and most lawyers are liberals.  It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure that out.

^Oh boy are you an idiot. The GOP judge with the GOP wife who was the ex GOP state rep made the call. The other judge is also a card carrying GOP guy. Most judges are former prosecutors who lean GOP.

Just shut up when you don't have a clue CC. I mean really. I have to follow you around and pick up your doggy doo doo.

Funny, I thought judge Schwab was a republican? I mean his wife was a republitard state senator, and he was appointed by a republitard governor, seems to me that would make him one of yours.

But it's still the liberals fault, you people with all your facts and information, and more facts.  Ugh, it's annoying.  Can't you just recognize that it's always a liberals fault?  Even when a conservative judge who was a prosecutor, appointed by a republican Governor, it's still the damn liberals.   :sarcasm:

Hold on, I'm going to see if I can find a forwarded email or a conservative blog that I can use as proof of what I said above.  Or maybe Breeze or Santorini will beat me to it.   :D

The majority of lawyers DO contribute to liberals.

From the Washington Examiner--addressing the issue of why Tort Reform is never passed, despite its popularity with voters.   nullMy Webpage

QUOTE

In the ranking by OpenSecrets.org of campaign contributions by the top 100 special interests during the past 20 years, the American Association for Justice (AAJ) – formerly the Association of Trial Lawyers of America – ranks sixth overall. The AAJ is the trial lawyers’ Washington lobbying group, and 90 percent of its $30.7 million in contributions since 1989 went to Democrats. At the other end of this pay-to-play process in the nation’s capitol, AAJ has spent nearly $14 million lobbying Congress just since Democrats won control of both chambers, including $2.3 million thus far this year.

The Democratic focus of the plaintiffs bar is even more obvious from campaign contributions of National Journal’s top 15 class-action trial attorney firms. As the Examiner’s David Freddoso and Kevin Mooney reported last week, those firms have contributed in 2009 more than $636,000, 99 percent of which went to Democrats. And employees of those firms have given more than $236,000 to the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee this year. Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid faces an uphill re-election battle, but the top trial lawyers firms are right there for him, with contributions totaling some $54,000 to date.

Are you trying to say that the local judge isn't a republican, or are you just arguing for the sake of arguing, again?
