Hmmm, I wonder where I could find a low life site that welcomes me and my facts. 
Everything I've posted on this thread has something to do with his politics and will have even more to do with it as we get closer to the mayoral race. He wants to run for mayor he should make amends for what he did to Nordstrom instead of calling him a liar. If he wants to continue to tell people that Nordstrom is a liar and was covered by workmens comp I'll make sure everyone knows who the liar is by supplying the legal documents.
You'd think a real advocate would defend the average guy that got screwed over by his boss.

That is funny minnow fan. I went to your link. LOL. I generally like Jeff F., but I disagree with Advocate. If you choose to go into politics, something no one has to do, then you open your life to a higher order of scrutiny, period. Tawdry and sordid affairs are fair game. Ask Gary Hart, Bill Clinton and others. It will just happen and that is the way it is. What I believe America is looking for is strong leaders that will say, "Yeah, I did her, she was hot, SO" instead of lying, and covering up. Then America will say, o.k. cool. Yeah she is hot, I would have too.

I could care less about who is sleeping with who, but I won't allow Fjelsted to bad mouth Nordstrom any longer. Nordstrom was doing his job and when he was injured on the job he found out his employeer didn't carry workmens comp on him.
Think about what this guy went through, he nearly lost his house, he had no phone, he had to borrow money from friends and family just to eat and buy gas to get to and from physical therapy. All this while he's trying to heal from surgery from being beat up by 6 guys and getting his face and shoulder broken. And he went through most of that because Fjelsted was breaking the law and didn't carry workmens comp on him.
Like I said I'll post the legal papers next week after Nordstrom drops them off and we'll see who is lying, but, I certainly wouldn't make something like this up would I? Besides, there are obviously many people in this town that knows about this, it's not a big secret.

Go get them Liberal. Albert Lea owes you a debt for exposing so much junk here. This local government has lost its moral compass, and by their overt blatant disregard for civil rights and law, I would say their ever loving minds too.

Liberal if your friend wasn't getting a W2 doesn't that mean he wasn't paying taxes either? I don't think what Jeff did was right but your friend chose to work there for cash. That isn't ethical either.

Nordstrom just stopped by for a second time since he dropped of his documents on Monday. It's an unbelievable amount of documentation, it's probably 100-150 documents that I have to to go over. Seems he saved every document he ever received. He gave me everything from the police reports,medical reports, letters from Craig Nelson, depositions, and transcripts of all the court proceedings(criminal and civil). It will take me a long time to go over everything but one document sums it up pretty good.

As far as which one of the two (Nordstrom or Fjelstad) is lying or unethical I guess that's just something people will have to decide for themselves.

I considered running for a political office but I would half to write a book to list all my past discressions, it is alright for a politition to lie that is how they got the office in the first place false promises and false hope.
