I was listening to the scanner for the last couple minutes and there has been one accident after another out on the interstate.

It should be closed South and East of here. This has got to be costing a fortune, not to mention the risk to the law enforcement, ambulance drivers, and towing companies that are working out there.

It seems like most of the rollovers are SUV's

Sounds like the hotels are full and they're looking to get in contact with the armory, but they can't get in contact with the Homeland Security director because they don't have his phone number. :rofl:

I tired to follow the scanner link but it does not seem to work for me.  I have a mac, is that the problem?

I just got home from about 60 miles West on 90.  It wasn't bad until about the last 10 or 15 miles closer to Albert Lea.  There were quite a few cars in the ditch.  I had a state patrol car in front and behind me trying to find a way to cross the interstate to one of the accidents.

My brother left Burnsville around 4:00 and  got home at 6:30 in C. Grove.  He said it wasn't that bad.  His wife, on the other hand, said it was a bit hairy.
