Time’s Global Warmist Said Science Proved $2 Gas was Impossible, Michele Bachmann Proved Him Wrong

Global Warmists use “science” the way that their ancestors used magic. Case in point, Bryan Walsh, Time’s current Foreign Editor, who was writing about the environment and the election in 2011.

Walsh claimed that the only way to lower gas prices would be to go into a (deeper?) recession and that increasing supply wouldn’t work. Instead he insisted that the only way to do it would be with more Priuses.

Like all Warmunists, Walsh was wrong. Shale and the Saudi energy dumping resulting from it (despite his predictions that OPEC would reduce production, it increased production) gas is coming down.

And Bachmann took to Twitter to celebrate.

Lefty sites are predictably mocking her while claiming that Obama deserves the credit, but Obama fought new energy all the way. The difference wasn’t made by energy efficient cars, but by increasing supply.

The progressives were wrong and they knew they were wrong.
