I thought I seen on the news that they was going to raise it $.065 on wholesale which would mean about $.16 at the pump. How the heck does that work? :sarcasm:

Rail is cheaper to build and maintain than roads. If you include the cost of building the rail then you would also have to figure in the cost of building roads.
