Yep, and I apologize for my part in the dark political crap. We have to become more aware of what is really going on, but at the same time we have to live and enjoy our lives. Or what's the point of fighting for anything.

My family and I can't wait to go camping. We love Beaver Creek State Park outside of Caledonia. It's gorgeous. A lot of great trails, some easy to travel, some difficult, such beautiful scenery. Some great trout fishing. Great fishing of all sorts over in that part of the state. I lived in that area for several years when I was growing up. Every time I'd walk out the front door I'd think "Wow" so beautiful. Rushford, Peterson, Houston. Gorgeous little towns nestled in little valleys.
Hopefully we'll be able to get some Morel mushroom hunting in next month. Caledonia isn't too far from La Crosse Wisconsin, We love Granddad Bluff overlooking the city and river. There's a river boat cruise in La Crosse that has special things every day of the week. We took the pizza night cruise one night last year, it was a blast and I couldn't believe how cheap it was.
Hopefully the weather gets on track! I planned on setting the tent up this weekend and getting it ready for camping. I guess I'll wait a while longer. I'm starting to have dreams about fishing, can't wait to get some of that in.
How about you SB? Any fun plans for spring?

Good review, Rosalinda, the Root River valley is a beautiful area....we've traveled there for years and camped at Wild Cat Landing south of LaCresent for the past 27 years.  It is getting expensive, but you cannot beat tenting on the shores of the Mississippi.
