He is a big cheapskate, always was.  He never saw the sense in having any specials........like happy hour, super bowl specials, nothing.  He leased out his kitchen in Albert Lea, but as soon as the food would start to catch on he'd take a bigger peice of the profits until who ever was leasing realized that it was impossible to make a go of it.  Then he'd offer the lease deal to some other naive sap.

I was in Glenville one day around noon and decided to check out the new Office Bar. Nice clean place, friendly waitress, good food.....so I ordered the special. The only thing special about it was that they made more of it. The price sure wasn't less. I made that my last trip in there. For a small town, the prices aren't good for what you get.
