out of 200, only about 10-20 are really there because they have no other choice or resources do to unforeseen circumstances in their lives. the other are recv'ing because it is easier to fill out an application for assistance than for them to fill out an application for employment and prove themselves.

You still can't understand can you? Why is that...do you have some wierd mental block or something. Welfare reform was passed in 1996 and is no longer an issue. You won, but can't even except that.
That's because it wasn't about money. It was about hate and even though we no longer have to pay the money like before(welfare has been so drastically reduced the republicans can't even talk about it) you still want to hate.
Yer just a jealous hater. Welfare reform already happened you moron.

Daisy Duke, calm down now girlfriend.  That stream of naughty words was definitely not lady like, and certainly not the words I dream of Daisy saying. We all know that minnow can play the fool, you just got to realize he is trying to rabble rouse, and that is about it. Every now and then he says something worthy. Usally though he is just amusing or annoying. Don't let him mess with your head too much.

Jim Hanson, in answer to your question, I really have no idea and have never done the statistics to check it out. I was involved with custodial and non-custodial parents as well as public-assistance and non-public clients. Anotherwords, all things are not equal in Social Sevices. I did not work strictly with those on Welfare. I know that is not much help but truthfully I do not know.
