Anyone elected into power positions who did little or nothing to avoid, end, or prosecute crimminal bankers are complicit in crimes. Bill Clinton had a chance to avoid the recession. He was warned by a woman whose job was investigating the SEC. Greenspan discredited her testimony in congress, testimony that suggested the brakes should be put on the economy. Billy Boy only thought of a current booming economy and his political legacy. He listened to Greenspan and the woman was humiliated and reassigned to some insignificant post. This is how the Clintons work.

Hillary served as US Senator of New York during a good number of those years preceding and during the recession. And all she could do was chide corrupt bankers like bad doggies? The bankers are the bad guys. Those in power who look the other way or fail to bring justice... are complicit, including the ameican public.

Limbaugh: 'Winner of debate was ... Santa Claus'
Kathy Shaidle
“The big winner of this debate last night was Santa Claus.”

Rush Limbaugh wasn’t impressed by Hillary Clinton’s performance in the first Democratic debate. He said it was more like “an enablement”: “She had attacks. She just swatted ‘em away like a bunch of irritating flies. Except that’s not what happened. She didn’t face one challenge. She didn’t face anything remotely serious. So all of you people in the Drive-Bys clapping your hands and saying, ‘Wow, what a great performance! Man, Hillary’s back!’ (Free audio)”

In a surprise move, Clinton’s opponent Bernie Sanders said during the debate that the former Secretary of State’s “email scandal” wasn’t important. But Limbaugh said that Democratic donors “are really worried about this e-mail.”

DNC Debate Confirms: Hillary is a Woman
10/14/2015 / By shawn

You have to hand it to the DNC. They understand how to set the tone for an evening of Democratic nonsense. What better way to prepare viewers for two hours of socialist jabbering than a pre-recorded video from the chief socialist himself?

The president encouraged Democrats to work just as hard in 2016 as they did in 2008 and 2012. “If we do that, then I know that Democrats won’t just win the White House and Congress, and elections all the way down the ticket, we’ll keep building on the extraordinary progress we’ve made the past several years,” Obama concluded.

With everyone fired up about “extraordinary progress,” Sheryl Crow took the stage to sing a screechy rendition of the national anthem. Performance aside, though, Crow was a good choice. The woman who once sang, “If it makes you happy, then it can’t be that bad” is a perfect symbol for a party without ethics or morals.

Truthout. org is definitely a Left leaning group. The lead editor put out a rather scathing review of the Dems debate titled  "CNN, the Democratic Candidates and a Condensation of Farce". Good article. It was one paragraph that really had the readers slipping into spastic fits.

"As far as the substance of the affair went ... whatever, man. I actually appreciate the GOP debates more now. Sure, they're crypto-fascist misogynistic Jesus-shouting brigands, but they don't try to hide it. It's actually refreshing to see them stand forth and be recognized, proudly. At least they're not lying, or being slippery. I like an enemy I can see."

So...the author prefers knowing his enemies. And detests endless attempts by  allies to hood-wink his judgement and allegiance to them. He is worried about process, entertainment politics.

But the readers wouldn't have it---how could a Leftie attack the Dem debate? Heresy! Many readers missed the article's point completely. One photon of enlightening observation was too much. Other readers allowed their political cultism to kick in. It was perfect. Reader response proved many points the author made.

"Whenever you find yourself on the side of the majority, it is time to pause and reflect."—Samuel Langhorne Clemens

It did sound like she was scolding spoiled children or bad doggies didn't it? In my opinion, it was the most pathetic, yet most hilarious statement of the night. I actually laughed out loud.

Grassman, you know I would be one of the first people to agree with your pic. And it's pretty much all I have been saying the whole time I've been on this forum. I've also been saying that the only way things will change is if millions of us are in the streets demanding change. Bernie says that same thing all the time, and has for years. I don't think a whole lot will change without it. Maybe he can inspire just that? Until that actually happens, this is what we have.

My favorite Sanders quote from the debate:
QUOTE
I have a lot of respect for president Obama.  I have worked with him time and time again on many, many issues.  But here's where I do disagree.  I believe that the power of corporate America, the power of Wall Street, the power of the drug companies, the power of the corporate media is so great that the only way we really transform America and do the things that the middle class and working class desperately need is through a political revolution when millions of people begin to come together and stand up and say:  Our government is going to work for all of us, not just a handful of billionaires.

^^actually it takes extremely clear photos, I recommend an app called context cam.

But I can't take credit for that one, it's just a web photo.
