Remember he did lift a cloud of tyranny from the United States no more W and Dick Cheney.

Sorry to burst your bubble, gentle Ford fan, but the 'cloud of tyranny' was merely repackaged and rebranded.

The same Corporatocracy is in charge.

You must have taken some good notes, from where  I don"t know.
Obama is the only one dumber than Jimmy Carter.

^nice emicons!!!!

Aside from that, I am with many of the others out there wondering what he did two weeks into his Presidency to earn the Nobel. I have absolutely NO idea unless (and, regardless of how this comes out, I am NOT a RACIST) it is because he is the first President of color (and race) that this country has had. Maybe it is phrased differently, but I am seriously wondering if that is not it. I mean, he is not only President, but now head of the UN. What other major accomplishments can he do between now and the end of the year (when he will be in office for a whole year)...stay tuned..more details to come in two months...

You two aren't happy about this?

Why do you hate America?

I don't think anyone here said they hate America?

He deserves to be congratulated.  It's a big honor.

My question is the same as HH's.

Perhaps he won the award as a community organizer for ACORN?

We both know he did.  Nobel Peace Prize  Everyone knows the international conflict he solved.  ???   I personally believe it was his work with the Habitat for Humanity program that really got him the award.  He deserves it for that.  Really.

HH, a more appropriate title for this thread is, Obama 2 - Clintons 0

Now you have to refer to him as Nobel Laureate Obama.

Sucks to be a wingnut.  :D

Who hates America?

You pointing at me?  :hairpull:

No, the ones that referenced Hitler, and OJ.

Not sure why, but the same people that were happy about the Olympics, are now angry about this.  Seem to me they must not like OUR country.

I hadn't heard this until now,   haven't seen much news lately but...

Has anyone seen Jim Hanson? Is he alive? Is he well?  :dunno:  :sarcasm:

It was bad enough for him when Obama got in, I'm sure it stung even more that he has received a Nobel Peace Prize but the "head of the UN" thing???? (especially when he is so fond of the UN in the first place  )
I can't imagine what his blood pressure numbers look like when anyone gets him talking about this, now. :;):
