Mamma you make some strong statements, but need to check your facts. She hired Krueger Excavating to blade her driveway and lives on a township road not a county road. Rumors and inuendos fly pretty fast thru cyber space.

Does it make a big difference who did the driveway?...It was the grader that was doing the road in front on their house. Those graders are not marked county and township. And, yes I know exactly where they live......just south of the elk. I think the stink with blaming everything on Dan is just another of the smelly little things that goes on with the county. Sure wouldn't want to blame the failure of a plan on Ms Miller. If the township boards said that Dan didn't try to slant the proposal, then why are they blaming him? If you propose something to the board wouldn't you give them all the information?

What's with the "strong statements" and "innuendo" stuff. I just stated a fact. I wasn't trying to start a war. I suspect I care about it as much as the township or county......or maybe even less. ???

If she hired the township to grade her driveway as many townships do for their residents, did she do something wrong?  Just wondering what the facts really are?

Many townships will clean (and/or) blade driveways for residents. The residents pay for the service. Please get your facts straight before flinging accusations!

Okay one more time....and slowly this time...I said like the county DID. I didn't say they were there every day forever and ever. And the reason I said county in the first place is that is what the heavy equipment operator told me . I asked if it was their grader and he told me it belonged to the county....so sue him. I don't care if her and her husband clean the driveway with a soup spoon. And if everyone on here got threatened with libel everytime they made a post there would be nobody here. Lighten up.

Okay, once more.....and slowly this time....
Cyberspace does not negate libel laws.
It does not matter if you are just "expressing an opinion." It does matter when false rumors and innuendos are posted on this forum and taken at face value by the general public.
Your definition of fact is so skewed that when a fact (cyberspace does not negate libel laws) is presented, you perceive it as a threat.

Complete bunk.

"and taken at face value by the general public"

Now you're projecting...You have no way of knowing how the general public takes things and the general public does not act as a group, in lockstep...you're thinking of the county board.

I didn't take it as fact...I took it as someone who is jealous that someone may be getting something that they are not!

I don't spend my time worrying about what the other guy gets as much as much as I spend my time making sure that I get the most!

CountyGuest I will now go slowly for you:
1. Have you taken an acurate census to validate your claim of whether or not the general public have taken Ma's post as serious or not?
1a. If you have, have your results been certified and validated?
1b. If you have not, what they f|_|c|< are you talking about?
2. Perhaps your view of what a fact is may be skewed as well.
