I agree.  The local shill's (aka alcitizens) man crush on Obama has warped his perception of events.  

On top of OPEC's actions or rather inaction, it was bi-partisan legislation written by a Republican dominated congress and then signed by Obama, in conjunction with sanctions from the EU that has had some affect, imo.

Venezuela's economy is also in trouble.  Why?  Not because of Obama but because of the oil market.
