I would have to agree with McAlinden, unions are dead in labor market.
The only place they thrive is public sector where they have no reason to be. :(

To bad that VW will probably never expand or improve their operations in the south due these employees inability to figure out their own companies co-determination style of management. Since they are now the only VW plant in the world without a works counsil, they pretty much screwed themselves. Why do you think VW management want this to pass so bad they banned any anti-union propaganda on company property?..  :dunce:

The union is complaining.  Seems that they believe they lost the vote because of people outside the company may have influenced the vote.  They claim; are you ready for this??  They claim some of the workers may have been intimidated.  :rofl:
