Maybe the City could turn that decrepit old Walmart building at the Skyline Mall into a winter park of sorts.
For skaters and pickle-ball enthusiasts alike.
Perhaps throw in some horseshoe pits in there too.

People have been doing drugs in that area for years. I had "a friend" who dropped LSD with a few other guys in that lot but had to get out of there as soon as he looked down and saw a bunch of maggots crawling around right where someone dumped out an ashtray.... 
Man he had fun that night....

why move the park just because mr and mrs egg head want a pickle ball park they said the cars made more noise than the skate boards did what is next move the fair grounds move the fire works that is right by the mayo clinic
