Yep, I heard the names this am, not even gonna try to spell them but they sure don't sound like a right wing "nut job" name.

I must say I was quite surprised. I really thought they'd blame an American "Patriot" group for this.

How did the other brother escape all the police and SWAT? Seriously, how did he get away from all of those people after the shoot-out in a shot up Mercedes SUV? They just let him drive away? Now the whole city of Boston and suburbs is in total lock-down with thousands of military looking police/agents swarming the entire Boston area. A million people in lock-down, all businesses in lock-down, everything in lock-down. Evacuating everyone and going through everyone's houses? Crazy. It's like a really bad movie.

Do you still think it was just talk between Bush and Cheney and all those Intel agencies were wrong?  Why do you think anyone who speaks out about this is shut up?

And don't forget:

US supplied Saddam with chemical and biological weapons.
The newspaper says a review of a large tranche of government documents reveals that the administrations of President Reagan and the first President Bush both authorized providing Iraq with intelligence and logistical support, and okayed the sale of dual use items — those with military and civilian applications — that included chemicals and germs, even anthrax and bubonic plague.
Congressional investigations after the Gulf War revealed that the Commerce Department had licensed sales of biological agents, including anthrax, and insecticides, which could be used in chemical weapons, to Iraq.
A 1995 affidavit by former National Security Agency official Howard Teicher, obtained by the Post, claimed that the U.S. "actively supported the Iraqi war effort by supplying the Iraqis with billions of dollars of credits, by providing military intelligence and advice to the Iraqis, and by closely monitoring third country arms sales to Iraq to make sure Iraq had the military weaponry required."

When Iraq used chemical weapons against the Kurds in 1987, there was anger in Congress and the White House. But a memo in 1988 from Assistant Secretary of State Richard W. Murphy stated that "The U.S.-Iraqi relationship is … important to our long-term political and economic objectives."

Yes, a terrible tragedy.

Don't kid yourself though, if the current administration can make hay out of it they will.

The administration might take action like they did OSAMA. Killed him. If you will take note, we did not have these type of middle east like problems before George H Bush went oil " exploring" in Iraq.

Jeezus, you're a hack, we'll probably be seeing more of this crap in the years to come no matter who's manning the helm.

Really. Jihad once again raises it's ugly head.

It doesn't make sense that the younger brother escaped after the shoot-out. And then to decide to wait until morning to search for him using a complete police-state scenario.

Watertown Police Chief Edward Deveaux:

They were tracking the cell phone of the owner of the SUV that was carjacked. Track it to Watertown.
They had bragged to the owner of the SUV that they were the bombers and had killed an MIT officer.
Even though both of the brothers had been in the SUV, now they are in two different vehicles.
They had been told it was the bombers, were tracking the SUV, but for some reason only one officer initially confronts them?
Two off duty officers show up to help first officer.
Six officers altogether show up.
Older brother walks down street to get closer to officers. Gets 10 feet away and runs out of ammunition.
One of the officers tackles him. 2 or 3 officers are handcuffing older brother, younger brother drives SUV into his brother to get away.
Officers from surrounding communities  join the chase, they all chase him 2 or 3 blocks, he jumps out of the car and "runs into the darkness of the streets". - That's how they lose him.
The chase starts around 12 midnight, they lose him at 1. Boston has thousands of National Guard, FBI agents, DHS agents, ATF agents and God only knows how many other agency people swarming all over the place, helicopters all over the place,  10 miles away from the police chase and shoot-out.

Sunday article:
QUOTE
A police SUV came down Laurel Street, hearing west toward Dexter Avenue, crashing into some trash cans on the sidewalk and into a parked car. Aske said he then saw a black Mercedes SUV drive up, also heading west toward Dexter Avenue. Then he heard two or three loud explosions, one of them large enough to shake the house. In an instant, the street “was crawling with police,” he said.

What do you guys think about all the video and photos coming out showing how the Boston area looks deserted during the lock-down, evacuations and home invasions with all the heavily militarized people and military vehicles?

I can only find police scanner audio from after the shoot-out. Some of the officers keep saying that it was a state police SUV that was stolen.

Well of course none of this bothers you and you think others are overreacting. It doesn't bother you that our government planned in advance the deaths of hundreds of thousands of innocent people. Doesn't bother you that they lied their butts off to start wars in a couple of countries. Doesn't bother you that reporters/journalists get threatened, fired and arrested for trying to cover news that the government doesn't want covered.  You think people are overreacting when they have a problem with the government giving themselves the power to strip citizens of their rights and detain them for however long they see fit.  (Because they will never use it.   )
So of course the ridiculous story of one of the brothers being able to escape after the shoot-out which led to military style searches of houses and the complete shut-down of a major US city wouldn't bother you.
Maybe if the FBI hadn't pretended to be clueless about the suspects for so long they would have gotten them easily days before.

LOL.
How nice.  One guy on the run, and it throws an area into lock-down.

Also makes you wonder how many Boston liberals, spent the night cowering in their homes, wishing they had an AR-15 with a standard capacity magazine!

Mr. Bloomberg, who has come under fire for the N.Y.P.D.’s monitoring of Muslim communities and other aggressive tactics, said the rest of the country needs to learn from the attacks.

Frankly I'm become concerned about the news out of Boston about what the surviving bomber is saying.  He seems to be sticking to his story about them not being conected to any organization, that they did it all on their own(and frankly the news media seems to be pushing this story too).  But my gut tells me that if I were in his situation i would lie to help cover my fellow conspirotors.  Hopefully the police and feds will be thorough and really investigate so we know the whole truth about this!
