I love the quality and service I get at Fisher's Jewelry. Above and Beyond the normal service that I have ever gotten anywhere.

We bought our wedding rings at Stadheim, and get them cleaned there from time to time. We haven't had a problem with their quality or service, but our experience with them is limited to just that. We don't buy a lot of jewelry.
Apparently you do have an issue with them or you wouldn't have brought it up. Care to enlighten us on exactly what happened?

Never have been dissatisfied. Mark and Beth have both been great to myself and my husband over the years. Had to get my wedding ring cut off one year. Fingers had become so swollen in the summer, they did it and welded bands together, have replaced stones, etc. Love the Valentines specials they have had over the years. No compaints here. What happened? Try talking to Beth.
-------------- Oh come on you figure it out

I agree with the comment on Fisher's Jewelry. Reasonably priced beautiful jewelry and they are very helpful.
My mother once had a stone fall out of her ring and took it to the mall. The man put a less than the original quality of diamond the rest of the ring had and was quite noticeable. My mother then took the ring to Fisher's to see what it would cost them to re-do. Instead, Mr. Fisher, called the other jeweler (Skyline"and asked him if he would do it over with the original quality of diamond at no charge, as a favor to Mr. Fisher. That right there told me what a great salesman he was and definitely excellent on customer satisfaction. Just that made it an easy choice to when picking jewelers in this town. I had Skyline Jewelers clean a couple of my diamond rings and they lost two diamonds out of my setting in the process. They said they didn't find any loose diamonds in the cleaner. Apparently, they just "poofed away" into thin air. I was very disappointed because it was a very beautiful diamond ring that was given to me by my grandmother.

Have a sister that had problems with Fishers. Hubby got her diamond earings, she took them elsewhere to fix something and was told right then and there that one was not a diamond but cubic zirconian.
