This was a Diamond issue and they took a very happy time and made it a big headache. Still not very happy with my results.

Stadhiem has a reputation as your high dollar leader. If you want to help support their lifestyle have at it. Jewely is for chumps. Most anything alse holds more value longer. I can buy a Pelican case (brand new) use it for 5-15 years and get 65% back on EBAY in "future dollars". Future dollars could end up being what you paid for the item. I was a business major in college. Now they call me mr bidness.

I had a big problem with them when I was eight. I panned for gold in a river and they said it was worth $.30. I was told by the prospector it was enough for a candy bar. True story.
I bought a Promise Ring there once in high school, but the promise is only as meaningful as the Black Hills gold the ring is made from.

I heard recently of a very cool wedding gift. Instead of a diamond ring, have her wear a cubic zirconia but instead spend the money on a golden ticket and give that to her instead. It's a gold ticket that enables the holder to get out of the marriage cleanly and easily at anytime. And if she presents it, you must honor it.

My brother needed an appraisal done for a Minnesota estate he was the executor for. Beth's name came up as someone who could do the work. Being I lived in Albert Lea, he spent two nights with us while Stadheim appraised and provided him with a report on values for the IRS. My brother stated the work was top notch. This was sometime ago, but I remember him saying how few people could do the work and he was surprised that one was located in Albert Lea.

I've never bought anything from Stadheims but found them pretty arrogant while looking. Good experiences with Skyline Jewelers. Good experiences at Fishers. Prefer to buy online from Blue Nile. Apples to apples you will not find better deals.

^My experience would be similar. Jewely just doesn't do it for me though for the most part. I have a hard time keeping on a watch and glasses. I like my body free of obstructions and ordainments or soemthing, I don't know.
I'm just glad because that stuff is boo coo bucks for nothing really. I like gold though and see nothing wrong with owning the actual metal.
