You're first mistake was thinking vox is in any way a reputable source.
Secondly, the states are what set gerrymandering and isn't at all any of the federal govts business as per the 10th Amendment.
So yes the USSC, ruled correctly according to constitutional law.

doubt ANUS could read it. . .
so you thought you would just take an easy potshot at the second one?
so these rulings aren't bad for black voters?

I've read enough of vox so called journos to already know how it went down.
And this just proves the point where vox has decided to interject race into an issue when that wasn't the case, the Louisiana supreme court rejected the need for an additional district based on population, it was the states demos that were trying to bolster a whole new district based strictly on race and the state court said nah bro, which is why it went up the USSC, the district in question is the district I'm in and as such my rep is that dipshit troy carter, blacks in this district are slowly rejecting electing another dem rep and as such the demos needed to bolster the dem vote by creating this new district.
