the poster's user name is "George's Mom" - that isn't to insinuate to anyone that it is really your mother... 
if someone posts as "President Bush" would you assume that it was either really the President or someone that was making a serious attempt to make us believe it was the President... 
the biggest problem with common sense is that it's not very common - and you are a fuggin' moron for pretending that some of these concepts are so tough to comprehend...

Since Geo feels the need to post my remarks from the moderators forum, I'll post what I was responding to.
The whiner complained to the moderators that Repoman had made a false or slanderous statement saying Geo was caught in a compromising position in a parking lot.

I wasn't defending anyone or picking a side by my post. I was just pointing out that it looks rather odd that Geo wouldn't want other posts removed where false statements were made, but this last one for some reason was over the line?
As far as the dirty word filter goes there were no words that the filter would have caught in his post. And about Geo talking tough to everyone, I hope people realize that he's about 5' 4" and not exactly the picture of health, so he's really no threat to anyone except maybe your family dog.

If I am 5' 4" you are 5' 3" and I believe I am just as healthy as you.  Who would believe the raccoon story? So your saying I can say anything I want and accuse you or anyone of illegal preditory behavior and it is alright by you.

'Scuse me Repo but I happened to be the person who asked and in all the times I see George I have never ONCE seen him with more than a glass of water or a soda in his hand. I found out that yes he does drink but big deal. I asked him because of all the references made on here to his drinking and I was curious if there was any basis to it. I stated it once before and I shall do so again now......What a person does on their own time is of no concern to anybody but them so if George drinks hey that's his business. |

without even going into the older incident of the DWI and the time he got caught boxing his clown when he was drunk in his truck at Northtown - just consider how many times he has posted that he now has his alcoholism under control - and only drinks every so often (every night is what I hear)...
I mean - and I $hit you not - how much of a stiff do you have to be in order to think that it's appropriate to wring a bar rag out into your mouth...
and saying it was for a free drink is no excuse either - in fact in actuality it makes it even worse if anything... 
what Geokoff does is his business - true - but he posts his business here on the forum and on other areas of the Web every day - it is a forum - we do comment...
and you have to be blind to not be able to recognize when he is PWI - Posting While Intoxicated...
so I'll comment on what I want to comment on and you can find some other way to kiss Geokoff's ass... |
Well for starters I don't "HANG" with George nor do I kiss his ass. I happen to go to the same bar (Eddies) he does on occasion and I happen to play on one of Eddies Dart League teams as well. Perhaps you should go back to some of my earlier posts where I stated that you AND George needed to take your flame "war" to another room. Perhaps one you or he made for that particular purpose. I posted what I did because, as I said, I have NEVER seen George with anything other than a NON alcoholic drink in his hand. As for his PWI's he isn't the only one who posts quite early/late for that matter and if he is doing a PWI I am sure he is not the first nor will he be the last. Heck look at 3T. I bet he posts while he is stoned quite frequently. I never said you couldn't post what you wished either Repo. I simply wished to point out that the person who asked was me and nothing more. Take your issue to someone else.

Uh Repo before you enjoy your next round of FILET OF SOLE, in other words sticking your foot in your mouth, keep me out of your little games with George. I don't support him in anyway and I think he is old enough to decide on what he is getting into. I have stated before that he does tend to make an issue of things that are, for the most part, miniscule. Keep me out of your games with George Repo and perhaps learn to go back and read my other posts where he, and you, are concerned.

you and your girlfriend hang with George and his girlfriend - so that in and of itself renders you guilty of poor judgement...
because as the saying goes "birds of a feather..."
another saying that is fitting here is "you're judged by the company you keep"...

in the meantime - if you truly want to get elected to anything higher than journeyman window washer - you should disassociate yourself with the riff-raff - marry your girlfriend instead of shacking up with her - and get serious about the issues of the day...

Ahhhh to be so small minded and so ignorant as well as arrogant. Do me a favor Repo and contain your "flame" war to George. As for my resume', as you call it, my knowledge of the issues of today are quite extensive and just a touch more informed than most of the average people. You don't live here in AL so I don't expect you to have the faintest clue as to who I am or what I could bring to the political table so to speak. All you know is what I told you but then I also told you that to know me you would have to sit down and talk to me. That invite is still open Repo and no it won't involve anyone but you and me unless you wish to invite someone else. Perhaps instead of sitting here on the forum you should get motivated to come down here and actually get to know some of us personally. I think we would both be surprised at what the other person brings to the table. As for me and my FIANCE' what you don't know is best left alone and that is a bit of advice you may wish to heed. My fiance' is friends with George's G/F yes and I am as well but then you'd be surprised at who we call our friends. If I am, as you say, judged by the company I keep then I would say that I am in pretty good company because Geo and his G/F are not the only friends I have. Oh yeah and one more thing for ya Repo, I never said I played on the same team as Geo only that I played for the same bar. As for being elected to a political position Repo, at least I have the initiative to get out and try even though it may not happen this year because neither my Councilman nor my Commish is up. What have you done to make a difference Repo? If you have sent that article in to the Tribune then that is a step in the right direction and I commend you for it.
