I am sorry I was not real clear DrB. I do think that the Police Department have alot to do with leaving the small time users and abusers on the streets. It seems to me that all they want is the big dealers and cooks. What they do not understand is that just about everyone that does meth either does cook it or they have at some point in time. I just think that they need to start locking everyone up. I also do think in most cases that treatment is obviously the best way to turn for first time users and even some of the addicts. I was talking to friend the other day and he was telling me about a treatment program called Teen Challenge. I gusee the main focus of this group is to replace the drug craving with jesus. I am not a very religious person but I wonder why there havent been any known sentences to this place, I guess they have a 90% rate. That is awesome. Oh yea if there are any dope heads on here check out the program you need it. HAHA

It's in the Twin Cities I believe, probably Minneapolis. I've heard it is a very good place. I know someone who went there, I don't think it was a success story though

I'm not sure but I believe it's expensive, and I don't know if insurance companies would pay for it. Like I said I'm not sure on the details.
