Pot is illegal, hence ... more time for the crime. And yes, hit him in the money belt.
I've already stated my thoughts on Cigs and beer. Should I have typed in bigger letters?
Our teens AKA: Children need to see our support for their safety and our ethics.
We will never agree on this because you have your head in a bong so no real point in trying to talk to you about it. I tell you what I think and then you ask again ... are you waiting for me to change my answer? Aint gonna happen.
Drug users can fry their own brains all they want but we need to get tough when it comes to the children of this world.

Selling beer/cigarettes to a Minor is a gross misdeminer $1000 dollar fine 90 days in jail the establishment is fined and license is suspended from business operations for a period of 3 to5 days first offense. Offender is ordered not to have contact with anyone under the age of 21.

A. Marijuana---6 months (first offense) although certain circumstances could alter that.
B. Cigaretts----3 months (first offense)
C. Beer--------3 months (first offense)
BTW Fletcher, I don't like you calling marijuana cannabis and than refering to alcohol as beer and nicotine as cigarettes. It's a deceiving use of terms and I know why you use it. You may be able to fool the rest of this forum but, you will find your word play propoganda will not work on me.

Wow Truth, the way you said we are sick, I am surprised at the fairness of your answer. I don't think I am sick. I am objective about it. 1000 feet from a school? Give me a break. That is more than the length of three pro-football team fields. In a city you could be two streets over, out of sight of the school, not even know it was there and some overzealous prosecutor could charge you with selling with a 1000 feet. Harsher terms on school property make sense. 1000 feet? O.k. If everyone says so. I still think 20 years is harsh. Always will. You know good and well that the way a crime is reported and prosecuted makes a huge difference. I am for that freedom, but it can be unfairly abused. I am not for mandating any sentence for any non-violent crime. It should be up to a judge or jury, not the legislature to dictate.

Why double the penalty for cannabis over beer and cigarettes?
For a guy who calls himself truth, you sure tell a lot of lies.

Minnow how is truth lying......I think it actually called an opinion. Isn't that what you wanted or are you changing your minded cause you dropped some bad acid?
Minnow could you possibly use your own words and maybe speak in sentances so that we could understand what the heck your saying? You are an extremely troubled soul. I pray for you dude.
I think that if you can stop a child from smoking cigarettes then possibly they won't move onto pot and if you can stop them from smoking pot maybe they won't move onto meth or others. It is a vicious cycle, because they can't get the same high as when they started smoking cigarettes, pot or meth. It is a total downward spiral. To stop these cycles you need to nip it in the butt in the beginning!!
What is wrong with making her an example?
The way I look at it she was being manipulative to the children cause she knew that they would be in less trouble than her if they were to get caught. She was using poor defenseless children as her pawns in her game.
MAYBE, Some of they blame should be put on the parents of the children for not teaching them about the drugs.???
There are so many ways that us as humans can screw up on our own.(free will) Why allow others to contribute to your children's demise by not teaching them how bad drugs truely are.
The woman had demons running through her.
My husband and I are teaching our kids already that drugs are extremely dangerous and that they will destroy their lives. I have seen it happen too many times in my short lifetime. I have NEVER seen any positive results come from illegal drug use. (pot, meth, crank, acid)
Minnow what are the positive results? Proof please? I'll be waiting Drug God.:p Just cause you want to waste your life and promote harm and pain to others doesn't mean that we (responsible parents) have to let you. I've never seen so many disjointed thoughts and confused ramblings in one post for awhile... Do you even have your GED?
How about instead of 40 disjointed questions and false assumptions, we keep it as simple and logical as possible for discussions sake.

For our sake minnow, take a day or a night and just let the smoke clear. This crap you keep spewing on every post is getting really old. No matter what the topic, you turn it into a tirad on how smoking pot is not a bad thing. If you run out of pot material you go back to the courthouse issue or Paul Sparks...don't you have a lucid thought? Go back and look at what you have been posting.
