I need your opinions!
The following list are those from an organization of just over 500 workers. Would you feel OK about eating at this Restaurant?
* 29 have been accused of spousal abuse * 7 have been arrested for fraud * 19 have been accused of writing bad checks * 117 have directly or indirectly bankrupted at least 2 businesses * 3 have done time for assault * 71 cannot get a credit card due to bad credit * 14 have been arrested on drug-related charges * 8 have been arrested for shoplifting * 21 are currently defendants in lawsuits * 84 have been arrested for drunk driving in the last year

This is from 535 members......of our United States congress.
The same group that crank out hundreds of new laws each year designed to keep the rest of us in line.

There's a huge difference between letting them fry me up a burger and letting them make laws.

Mama, I hope you can explain that weird remark. Criminals should be allowed in Congress? What?

Not many food service employees have bankrupted any companies. Many can barely muster enough ambition to get out of their own way.

Okay: Minnow said these were food service workers and asked how many of us would like them serving us food. Hey, if they were working at Mickey D's let em serve it up. I feel differently knowing they are the ones in charge. However, looking at Minnow's list, I don't know that I would consider them criminals. People of poor character surely.

These are criminal acts that minnow had posted. Why would you think they wouldn't be?

The two things mentioned under "accused" shouldn't be taken into consideration. Being accused of something doesn't mean anything, unless it later ends in a conviction. Also, 84 are defendants in a lawsuits, until they are found guilty, or make a settlement, that doesn't matter either. As for all of the things they've been arrested for, well... I'd throw that out too, because being arrested without a guilty conviction is just another accusation.
