Good points Irish.
Also, being a defendant in a lawsuit could simply mean they are the respondent to a civil action brought about through normal operation of a business; not necessarily criminal.
To a person like minnow its all the same, its part of being from Albert Lea; a horrible case of envy and lust for drama.

Ok ... fair enough. However I personally believe that there has to be something too these accusations and arrests one way or another for so many to be happening. My personal opinion. Just as My personal opinion about OJ is that he's guilty even though he was found innocent.
The sad part is ... because these positions are what they are most of these cases will be dismissed, settled, or found innocent like OJ.
Our system needs an overhaul.

Honestly, yes, if this was a restaurant I would still eat there, as long as the employees have no convictions for food tampering or anything like that I could care less what their record is.

Good advice: Never complain or otherwise harrass workers in restaurants until after you have eaten. They seriously will spit on your food or maybe worse.

I on the other hand do care. Especially if I knew they were going home after work beating the crap out of their spouse or children. But that's the advocate in me.

Spidey - if you knew someone was going home after work beating the crap out of their spouse and children, wouldn't the advocate in you turn them in? Or would you just stop eating where they worked?

The question was "would I care", my answer was yes I would care. Now your asking "would I turn them in" ... my answer to that is yes.
