I suppose you could widen the scope a bit and add all of Freeborn County. But I didn't want to lose focus and Albert Lea is kind of the "jewel" of Freeborn County.

Or if not that at least the one that seems to be plagued with the most bad press anyway.

Improvements would be better addressed by lowering the cost of running the city.
IE--less police force,
frivolous spending---- rusty lights to nowhere
Managed monies with county ---- happening as we speak with water quality improvements :clap:

There is always a way to improve, but is the improvement worth the cost.
