Some people are doing some serious ass covering in San Fransico County after this debacle. The alien in question was already in ICE coustady when they recieved a request from San Francisco that he had an outstanding warrant for drugs. ICE turned him over with the proviso that he be returned to their coustady when San Francisco was done with him. ICE also placed an additional detainer on him to insure he would be returned. The county of San Francisco chose to ignore both the request and the detainer and released this guy to the streets without letting ICE know. Their first excuse that if ICE wanted him so bad they should have put a warrant out for him, instead of a detainer, didn't wash. Usually when a law enforcement agency places a detainer on someone it is recognized as a legal hold on someone and they detaining agency is supposed to be notified. Then San Francisco county said if ICE wanted him so bad they should have had a vehicle waiting to pick him up when they let him go. Well do they have a longterm parking lot with sleeping accomedations out side their jail for law enforcement use? Because they failed to inform ICE they were releasing this guy so I guess ICE and other law enforcement agencies have to do stackouts on the San Francisco County Jail to catch the people when they are released? I hope that young woman's family sues the hell out of San Francisco County and wins. Also this hopefully will put an end to this sanctuary city BS!

The problem with suing a govt. entity is, they do not get any punishment out of it. It is not their money. That is the same way when huge corporations get sued, they just absorb it. The problem with your information and Murdoch's is that Trump was referring to the crimes committed by ILLEGAL immigrants not legal.
You don't think Murdoch has an empire to protect?
