I am amazed that this administration took the initiative to tour other schools? I have wondered why this was not done years ago!!! In the past, many associated with the district have been very vocal in defense of why the district year after year could not meet AYP. Rather then address the issue head on and make required changes, some decided to simply defend their failings with excuses and pass the blame! Now with Erhardt gone and a new head at the reins perhaps things can begin to turn around and give AL school district back the reputation it once had!
