She didn't show any racial bias--only pointing out that blacks use the word all the time--and for that, you want her "Ruined"? 
She pointed out to the caller and to the listening audience the hypocrisy of allowing SOME people to use the word, but not others.
Personally, I'm really tired of the "elite class" telling us what words are socially acceptable and which are not. I don't use the word myself, but I'm really tired of "words that can't be said"--"the N word", "the B word", etc.

Now that we've established who said WHAT--
Here's the definition of "condemn". I would say that the statement "I hope her career is ruined" "expresses an unfavorable or adverse judgement on; and indicates strong disapproval, censure." I also think the statement amounts to a "pronouncement to be guilty".
The use of the word "condemn" is certainly correct and appropriate.

1. to express an unfavorable or adverse judgment on; indicate strong disapproval of; censure.
2. to pronounce to be guilty; sentence to punishment: to condemn a murderer to life imprisonment.

I can't resist one final tweak--see definition #7 above. That would "condemn" you as being an "incurable" liberal!

Because he doesn't like her has nothing to do with condeming her recent statement. Where did he condemn the comment like you claim.

Nah--Liberal is just another liberal, with an upside-down view of reality.
There is no sense arguing with a libbie--in their attempt to defend the indefensible, they just wander further and further into the weeds.
"You can lead a libbie to knowledge, but you can't make him THINK." 
You'll never change their minds--like anyone with a mental problem, they have to WANT to change! 
After a while, you realize that they are like wrestling with a pig--that they get down in the mud and argue just because they LIKE it. 
You'll never change their minds--after all, if they thought RATIONALLY, they wouldn't BE libbies, would they? Only age, maturity, and getting a job will change them. 
Like watching the antics of cats pretending to be tigers, they sure are fun to laugh at, though!
