You're right Geo, I wasn't there. So, if it did happen, you have to protect yourself...which is why I originally asked if you were going to get a restraining order. However, I can't imagine a war hero like you being intimidated by much....but if you are...get a restraining order. If the "mad man" comes anywhere near you or contacts you in any way, he goes to jail.

Who, would there be to enforce such an order. This going to be my last comment on the subject. The original posting of this thread was to actually direct my first post to this person to let him know my thoughts concerning his visit. To inform him of my intentions as when he left making his threat saying I read the forum and I will be watching.

The court issues the order, as such, the police and utimately the court enforces the order.

Do you really believe that? Their have been plenty of times that someone has violated a restraining order, and doesn't go to jail, even when caught in the act! I think if the order happens to be against someone with a combination of money & power, the chances of enforcement are slim.

Geo. you are not listed on the law suite against the county. To my knowledge you haven't gone after anyone personally, but have gone after stupid actions some people have been involved in. So what was this guys bitch? I think you are taking the heat for some of the others who post regularly on this forum because you are convienent to get at. Good luck with Mr. Derriere, it looks to me like he thinks he is spreading applebutter but all but the board knows different. I think he will be calling you out if he hasn't already. Be ready, and try to stay safe.
