Whatsamatter guest, I won't tell you about the city employee.

Leave it to angry K9 to add some more unfounded rumor and not fully tell us the story.
How is this called an unfounded rumor?  And I didn't get my info from a councilman.  :p

What am I, looser looser than what?

That's a very good point. That is..what DOES a jailer have any business knowing the specifics of any investigations anyhow? That's just as much their fault for letting that info out if what they allege is true.

This county is very adept at making mistakes or errors. I'd sue in a heartbeat and get a good attorney from Rochester whome I'd pay very well...if I felt I was not guilty.

This city and county government is ripe for being sued. They even paid $15,000 to a kid because they took down his bloody figure of christ carrying a fetus. Because some old lady complained we all had to pay 15 G. That's the trouble with Albert Lea. Whiners too often, get their way.

Good memory, minnow.  That was the 1st time the MCLU won a lawsuit in this county.  After May or June they should still be batting 1000.

I'm just glad to see some accountability.  To often these people can do whatever they want and never have to worry about being fired.  For the same reason minnow is pushing for, lawsuits.
I agree that we need to protect people's civil liberties.  But nowhere in the constitution does it say you have the right to "life, liberty & the persuit to keep screwing up at your job without being fired".

Jailers are Deputies and are sworn in as such. Part of their duties include processing warrants. Often, undercover officers elicit assistance from a person serving time in jail. They need information and this is where they can often find the friends or cronies of an alledged criminal.  Jailers are asked to escort the jailed individual to a holding room to be questioned by the undercover officer.  The jailers are always aware of who they are and the nature of what is going on. Jailers process all persons serving time and their records along with every other person that has been convicted of any crime  and this information is at their fingertips.  Freeborn County runs a pretty tight ship and this woman had a big mouth and low life buddies.  She knew prior to anyone else, except the arresting officer who  the warrant would be served upon. If an incarcerated individual was cooperating with the cops, she would know this as the jail houses an interrogation room.  The information she was privy to was sensitive and could be potentially very dangerous for law enforcement staff.  She needed to be fired before someone was killed.

"Freeborn County runs a pretty tight ship and this woman had a big mouth and low life buddie" ---->Hrmmm I see..

So ...she is, of course, guilty by association. Because you've determined just who exactly her "friends" are and also determined who and what they are...she's guilty. LOL

I'd make you prove it in court... for which I'd beat you up something silly...But...

I digress..let's examine

What should really be on trial is the system. A system that turns...forces, humans against one another like animals. Forcing them to snitch on each other for favors from governments. That goes against basic human nature and is akin to the worst of Nazism and Communism and is just plain wrong...even evil.

And it WILL end one day. Sooner or later..the sooner the better..

Are you a lawyer?  What does this have to do with court?

Does an employer now have to prove before a panel of the employee's peers that they are guilty beyond a reasonable doubt before a person can be fired?  It's obvious you have no business experience.

Well if I were the shariff, I know that I would be concerned over you making him prove it in court!  or maybe it was just the affect of a good smoke?
