I thought for sure there'd be some gossip here about the sheriff's employee that got fired, but I guess I'll just have to get the thread started myself! Okay, who knows what happened?

She was leaking information about investigations and arrests to her criminal cronies. She was also telling them who was providing information to detectives.

I don't have a clue, but what is really a strange coincidence, is that about the same time, the city had to deal with a problem themselves, and it involved a female city employee that works in the LEC.

We disapoint you because we are not spreading rumor and gossiping? What a looser. Do you need to hear some "dirt" on someone to feel better about yourself? Leave it to angry K9 to add some more unfounded rumor and not fully tell us the story.

They fired her but won't give the exact reasons why...general reasons yes...but no specifics. Instead of crying and letting those men have their way with her career, she should sue and force them to reveal their cards...call their bluff so to speak.
They would have to prove their allegations which they most likely can't do. She would recieve a large cash settlement. You don't deal with Gabe by letting him sheet all over you. My guess is all they have is some criminal saying something to hurt her career and nothing more.

She was given the specifics. Data Privacy prevents the juicy details from being released to the media or general public. She is crying to the media hoping to get some sympathy and blame someone else for her own bad decisions. She won't tell the media what really happened, because that would make her look bad. It's another case of someone not taking responsibility for their actions.
Your guess is just that, and it's a bad one at that. Look for the details when she gets charged criminally.

Thank you minnow for encouraging the young lass to file suit. I would be happy to represent her, you, or any of your esteemed fellows in what ever circumstance may lead one to need a circumvention of the law. My specialties are anachist, savage barbarians, and felonious criminals of both sexs. I have also had some luck with the insane.
