By what you are trying to argue and was brought up during oral arguments... Should a state or states determine who should be qualified and unqualified for the rest of the nation? The obvious answer is no and that was the case here, colorado overstepped their authority and it isn't self executing, it must be executed by congress and congress alone since it's a federal matter.
Even the two dimbulbs (soto and brown) agreed that it's congress' sole role and not that of the states.

^^ Texas and a few other RED States were attempting to disqualify Biden under some bogus actuation using the the 14th Amendment Section 3...as retaliation for Trump's insurrection disqualification.

This isn't about state rights, it's about power and authority and under the 14th states do NOT have the power nor authority in this matter, it has always been congress' purview.
