I'd buy local but can't even buy a set of strings around here.

I agree with the coolness factor. Recently bought this spalted maple  chinese guitar for like $250. Only time I played it was to adjust it and will probably never play it again but it looks really cool on my guitar rack.

But I also agree with the small dick thing.
