^^When the Supreme Court reverses labor laws it's nothing to cheer about but a good reason to never ever vote for a Republican!

Trump was elected with strong working class/union support, he's betrayed those folks with every stroke of his pen..

^* aflcio, total socialist propaganda, folks are sick of unions, sick of public sector privilege and having to pay for it.

If Trump wins reelection ( and at this point he probable will) he stands to stack the court 7-2. Face it, a robust economy sways a lot of votes.

I don't see how this is a bad ruling in regards to the public union sector.
Why should those public non-union employees have to be forced into "fair share fees"?  The ruling was the correct one to take, as those employees had their 1st Amendment Rights infringed by the govt.

It would honestly chap my ass if I were forced to pay union dues to a union that supported an anti-choice agenda.

Funny vid Kernal Klink, what is that, 70-75 years olds? The unions had a good purpose decades ago, what do they help the working man with now, especially in the public sector, what shade of paisley purple to paint the men’s room?

The boss nails it, why would I want any of my hard earned dollars going to a cause I am opposed to? Such a classic example of socialism, contribute, or else.

Even I would have no problem with this ruling as long as the union was not forced to represent in any way employees that chose not to pay dues.

This is pretty much the idea here, not forced to pay dues, not forced to represent, but when it comes time for the unions to negotiate, how do you separate? The non union employee comes in and says he wants what the union employees got, the employer can say yea or nay, fair enough. But the employer can give a raise to the non union employee but the union employee has to go through his union to better himself, talk about being dickless

Here’s a tasty tidbit,

I don’t think you understand how this works. The unions are forced to represent everyone even if they don’t contribute a dime. Let’s say they made it optional to pay your insurance premiums for your business but still required the insurance company to still fully cover and service the policy.  Would you still pay? Some clients would still pay because they understand the importance of having insurance and some would not because they like free stuff. Eventually your insurance companies services dwindle and they go out of business. Now since no insurance companies are not going to work for free there are no more companies left and you are now truly on your own “free” and “independent” to handle accidents, damage, and liabilities all on your own. Sounds great doesn’t it? And what is more dickless than demanding services for free???
