Didn't realize this was a forum for middle schoolers.
In regard to the Paris deal. I am not full versed on all parts of the accord, but, when nearly every country in the world has signed on to it, and, ridding the Earth of greenhouse gases is a good thing, why are there some that are so for pulling out of the agreement?
SB - here is your chance to shine. Explain in rational, logical, thoughtful way what is wrong with the agreement and why it is good that we appear to be pulling out of it?

Please share with us your college degrees in science and your scientific research to back your argument.
Boy, all I did was try and get you to present your side in a manner that proved your belief. I'm still open to that if you are able.

FACTS! Are you kidding? NASA is nothing more than another gov agency, do you believe everything the gov tells you?
I'm an idependent businessman, I have been all my life. I didn't become successful at it by being stupid or gullible.

I realize it is a difficult question. But, can you provide any supporting evidence/documents/facts/etc. to support your belief that it is "BS to control the masses".
I provided a link that contained scientific evidence, along with links to other scientific research and studies on the topic.
You have provided nothing to try and convince anyone of your claim/belief.
As to what my degree is in, not climate science. I do however have 2 engineering degrees.
And no, I do not believe everything the government tells me. I do however look at science and evidence provided through science. I am also open to other possibilities on things, when facts can be shown to support those theories.
All I'm trying to do is get you to give some reasons why you are against this. And why you believe it is not real.
Put forth some thoughtful arguments with evidence and you can win me to your side on this.

Coburn really didn't give anything but what he thinks with no backing. Even admitted that "I'm just a skeptic". He has no proof for his claims. He didn't even have stats to back is temp rise nor his sea level rise. When in fact:
- Sixteen of the 17 warmest years in the 136-year record all have occurred since 2001, with the exception of 1998. The year 2016 ranks as the warmest on record.
- And the article notes that sea level is rising, at a slow rate of 1/8 inch per year.
His one fact he did have, that Antarctic ice is at a max level, is true. However, the build there does not even come close to offsetting the world wide decrease in sea ice. Or all the land glaciers (Alaska and Greenland for instance) that are decreasing.
