^^ ok Buttwipe Since president Trump has been elected, even the promise of lower taxes has spurred the stock market to record highs. Companies are ready to invest in new facilities here in the US. Just how much fluff between your ears do I have to get through to turn on that 20 watt bulb in your melon?
As for Poutine breath, you've never heard of market forces? Next thing you'll come up with is that $15 dollar and hour crap
So two posters brought up valid points? Me and who else?
Sadly, the only real debate SB generally comes up with is name calling. Even when he has a good point or starts to have some sort of good argument, he quickly can reverts to his bread and butter.
I don't think it is any one thing that is driving companies to relocate overseas. Yes, taxes are a part of it, and yes, the extremely low wages and no benefits also are part of it.
Have to 100% agree with SB on the minimum wage. Simply raising that does nothing to help anyone. Everything else will raise in prices to offset that. And, people need to realize that minimum wage jobs are not a career job. They are not intended to provide for a living for a family. They are to introduce you to work and the job market. Teach you how to start to be an adult and function in the "real" world.
Stock Market - has been a nice bump up, but, if you think it is just because of the "perceived" tax changes that Trump will do, be ready for a hard crash when they do not come to fruition. Considering taxes are one of his top priorities, you would think that after 3 months in office he would have put out more than a handful of bullet points that really tell us nothing.
In case you just haven't been paying attention, tweedle dumb, tweedle dumber and myself have been slinging nasty names for years. One polished a chair with his ass for twenty some years exspousing the union way and the other brags about a gold star from his teacher in high school and he thinks it's a degree . Trying to tell them anything other than their tunnel vision opinion is like giving a cat a bath.
