Lots of flip flopping. Maybe figuring out being the President is not as easy as he thought.
However, sadly, the actions we took, were necessary to send a message to the entire world that you can not do things like that and go unpunished. Hopefully Syria and their allies will take it as the message it was, and not do anything to try and retaliate in any way at us or our allies, if they do, this could become something very, very bad.
necessary is debatable.. I am more worried about the end game.. What will come of this? What is the goal? You have a 3 way civil war and none of the options wining is good.

There is not good solution to Syria. However, no one can be allowed to use those types of weapons, especially on civilians, and go unpunished. Doing nothing was not an option, as that just sends a message to others that they can do whatever they want sans consequences.
