You'll notice that labor partisipation rate has fallen steadily since Buster took office.
As far as the increasing jobs number it's a natural influx, and it's WAY overdue.

It seems every decade we try tax cuts to the rich and see the economy get worse and deficits increase, then a Dem gets in the oval office, raises taxes on the rich, deficits decrease and the economy finally improves.
^Don't take the above jab at Republicans too seriously, though. I think the economy is more than just who's in the White House, but the point is that the top tax brackets (voodoo economics) and the fear predictions from the right were completely wrong, again.
