Yup, according to the CDC hundreds die every year from unintentional drownings. You have a higher chance of drowning than getting shot by a person with a rifle.

I almost always disagree with the liberal and progressive crowd, but they have every right to be American citizens, even if they don't agree with several parts of the Constitution, including the Bill of Rights.
1st Amendment right of free speech trumps the other amendments.
