The french and europeans are peeved because an AMERICAN beat them for 7 years straight in their own race. This will stand as an unbeatable record for many years to come and for that all they can come up with is that they suspect that he is using illegal substances. The man focused solely on the Tour at the expense of other races and for that he is the dominant cycler in the sports toughest race.
