was at the doc on the 4th floor today there was a fat ass woman there with a dog not a seeing eye dog just a mutt whats going on with these dumb people today

Probably considered a service animal. They have them for more than just seeing eye dogs. Hers was probably to help with social anxiety or something. Or she is just an ass who has to take her dog everywhere. Which is highly likely in this town.

What I don't get is these idiots driving around with there stupid little dog in their lap or head out
the driver window. Not sure why the PD's allow that. Talk about distracted driving.
