That was nice hairhertz. Steve was our neighbor and was a nice guy. It was very sad when that happened, I didn't realize it was in the middle of the summer. :( Terrible tragedy.

Had he survived the accident, Steve would be 43 years old.  He'd probably be married with children.  What a shame.  Thanks for your thoughts.

Steve lived on the corner of 3rd Ave and Clark St. with the Miller family until the Miller's moved to Texas in the late 70's. After that Steve moved in with the Vandeweerd's who lived in the middle of 3rd Ave. After the Vandeweerds he lived with a teacher, but I don't remember which one.
