Although this looks similar to the current church, the current church has three entance doors in front, The steeple and belfry are gone, and the upper front window is different. In the back of the church the nave is gone, and one can see that the brick on that side matches the new brick used on the newer school. On the back side one could state that there were modifications made after this picture was taken, but on the front side the bricks match the rest of the building leading me to wonder if this is the same church? Can anyone fill me in on what happened?

It's the same church building, at least the "nave" section.

I'd never heard the word "nave" before so I had to look it up.
