The Big Isle Grill boss told a friends daughter who was a waitress that she was "stupid" when she got an order messed up. She started crying at the time but apparently she was "smarter" than what he gave her credit for because he no longer had a waitress for the next day. 
I wish more people would/could quit their jobs rather than taking verbal abuse from a "supposed" stuperior
