Two DVD/CD/MP3 player units with a total value of $686 were reported stolen from Albert Lea’s Wal-Mart at 12:27 p.m. Thursday, according to police reports. Reports indicated that an unknown suspect pushed in the door of a locked display case and stole the units. No suspect information is available.
But what are all those cameras for? (From what I've heard, most of those domes don't even have cameras - they watch their own employees more than they watch for shoplifters)
You would think that high-ticket items like that would be under better supervision. Inside job?

Possible Prostitution in Austin by Cristina Frank KIMT News 3 Police say an Austin man may face prostitution charges, after he's accused of trying to persuade a couple of local dancers into prostitution. Police say a man approached three dancers at the Showgirl Saloon in Austin, MN. The dancers say the man told them if they worked at the Paradise Island Bar across the street, they could make more money dancing and dating customers. The report is being forwarded to the County Attorney
Possible prostitution!? LOL What'll really be funny is when that kook of prosecutor Miss Nelson decides to file trumped up charges. Just watch:;):

Why aren't shoplifters' names listed in the AL Trib? Not defending Register here, but isn't this reporting something of a double standard?
