I am soooo glad I live in the USA!! This was an actual news story and I should have posted it in a different catagory, but seemed pretty lame to me so posted it here.

That is a very cruel, but funny practical joke.  After a couple hours when they start getting hypothermia, the guy in the middle will yell, "April Fools"!!! LOL :p
